Discover a different neighborhood each weekend during our Saturday afternoon House & Garden Tours. Enjoy a self-guided tour, going from site to site at your leisure, where our volunteer docents are stationed to share knowledge about the history, architecture, and landscapes.
Each tour is unique and features a selection of 6 – 8 properties, showcasing a variety of architectural styles, ages of construction, and mix of interiors and exteriors.

Insider’s Tours take guests inside some of Charleston’s finest buildings, seldom open to the public. These guided tours are led by noted professionals such as architects, historians, and preservation experts with in-depth interpretation focused on Charleston’s unique architectural styles, layered history, preservation ethic, and interior design.
Each tour includes a unique set of 4 – 5 properties and lasts approximately 2.5 hours, with complimentary refreshments included.

Insider’s Garden Tours are designed for garden enthusiasts and are led by local professionals such as landscape architects, garden designers, and horticulturalists. In addition to visiting some of the city’s most beautiful private gardens, guests will also learn about subjects ranging from the latest gardening trends, to Charleston’s vast horticultural history, and its diverse flora and fauna.
The tour includes a unique set of 4 – 5 gardens and lasts approximately 2.5 hours, with complimentary refreshments included.

For the first time ever, guests can explore the streets of Charleston and learn more about its storied history anytime during the Fall Tours. Developed from the PSC’s digital research initiatives, this new series of self-guided walking tours can be easily accessed via mobile device. Simply download the Bloomberg Connects app, search for the PSC guide, and select a tour from the various themes. Follow the suggested walking route, and read or listen to the information about each point along the way.
